Below is our annual membership form. Annual dues serve the main purpose of protecting the quality of life for the families of the North Street area communities. We use the funds collected when necessary to retain the services of traffic consultants, attorneys and other city planning experts to defend our mission, often in conjunction with our neighboring residential associations such as Gedney and Rosedale. Additionally, these funds are used to facilitate communications with members and organize events including our Annual Meeting and Gathering. Dues are $40 per family.
